The Best Kids Books For Under $10

Like any young child Clara loves to do a lot of things. One of the things she has always loved to do is to have books read to her. She will often pick up a book and bring it over to us and it has always been a regular part of our bedtime routine. In fact, now that she’s a little older she’s started picking out her favourite books each night.

Reading to your kids helps them learn to speak, interact, bond with parents and read early themselves, and reading with kids who already know how to read helps them feel close to caretakers, understand the world around them and be empathetic citizens of the world.

Some of the books Clara has really latched onto have surprised me, while others are classics that should be included in any child’s library.
