This year’s focus for the gift guide was on mental health. I wanted to provide you opportunities to take a break, relax, go on a date, or to give back. Avenida Food Hall

I’ve written before about being a T1 Diabetic and what that means for raising my kids and I’ve also written a number of times about our mental health and why mine continues to be an issue.
